I would rate this hotel not with 10,but with 20.The receptionists were all kind,the woman from the kitchen also very polite asking us all the time if it was everything ok,do we need something more.The breakfast was very rich and there was no way something to have less.The room was very spacious,clean,with AC,big bathroom.There was coffee machine Nesspresso for free to make coffee.The location was more than excellent.In the heart of the center.The building was very beautiful.They let us to park our motorbike inside for free.All in one we were very very satisfied.

I had messaged the property through Booking to ask if they could reserve a room with a bathtub, since the listing mentioned either a shower or bathtub. They replied very quickly and confirmed the bathtub, which made me feel genuinely looked after. The room was also clean, spacious, and quiet, with a calm atmosphere and a great location for exploring Wels.

The room had a perfect temperature. Breakfast had good range, high quality. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Professional staff, efficient and excellent in every detail.
